At Mintoze, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product or cancel an order. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

Non-Returnable Items Policy

Please note that all our products are made to order, specifically created for you once your purchase is confirmed. Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order, including sizes, colors, and designs, before completing your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item, and we’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
    • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at www.mintoze.in .
    • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow our return process.
  • Cancellation by Mintoze:
    • We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or for any other unforeseen reason. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the purchase date.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
      • Items marked as final sale
      • Gift cards
      • Custom or personalized products

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Step 1: Contact us at www.mintoze.in or Contacus@mintoze.in to initiate the refund process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Step 3: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the refund criteria.
  • Step 4: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within [7-10] business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility:
    • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label, and you will receive a full refund or replacement, including any shipping costs.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Product Exchanges:
    • If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as the refund process. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the new item. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    • If you haven’t received a refund after [7-10] business days, please first check your bank account again.
    • If you still have not received your refund, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
